This bright 30 m² studio features a living/sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Amenities include a Smart TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, and fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy a private balcony with beautiful views of the lake, the Cadini and Sorapiss Dolomites, and the forest to the west. Public transport is just 50 meters away, and the supermarket is 500 meters from the property. Reserved outdoor parking is available. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. A ski storage room is provided. The apartment offers direct access to ski slopes just 200 meters away. Guidelines for proper waste separation are available; further details can be found on site. Misurina is only 15 km from both Cortina and Dobbiaco. Please note that check-in outside the established hours is only possible if arranged in advance with the owner. Cortina d'Ampezzo, one of the hosts of the 2026 Winter Olympics, is just a 15-minute drive away.
